Sercos III Slave Conformizer
The Sercos III Slave Conformizer is a powerful development and test tool for Sercos III slave devices. It allows slaves to be easily and extensively tested using script-based test definitions. Various test scripts are included to test communication-related mechanisms and functions, such as cyclic and acyclic communication, timing, and synchronization. In, addition user test scripts can easily be integrated. Using the conformizer prior to the formal test by the testing laboratory provides a high assurance of passing the formal test at minimal time and costs.

The Conformizer includes the Ruby scripting language and a graphical user interface based on Eclipse framework and SOAP middleware with script editor, batch test creator, protocol trace window, topology view and parameter view.

The Conformizer runs under Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2. No real time extensions are required. It includes an active SERCANS card with PCI interface.

Sercos III Test Master
The Sercos III Test Master, which is a subset of the Slave Conformizer, is available for separate purchase. The test master is a simulation of a master, used to verify if a slave is implemented correctly. The slave conformizer is the full tool including test master and also the test algorithms to do a comprehensive test of a slave.

The Sercos III Slave Conformizer, training and support, and conformance testing of a product can be purchased separately. Prices are shown below for Sercos Association members and for non-members, with membership providing a significant discount. Sercos III Testmaster Pricing

As described above, the Sercos III Testmaster is a master simulator, used to verify correct implementation of a slave. It is available for purchase or for rental. Prices are shown below for Sercos Association members and for non-members, with membership providing a significant discount. Also, Sercos Association members have an additional savings when purchasing one of the packages listed.
