SERCOS Seminars were held on Sept. 14 and Sept. 16, 2009 respectively in Minneapolis and Atlanta. The seminars were well received by the participants. Peter Lutz and Rigobert Kynast of SERCOS International provided an introduction to SERCOS and technical descriptions of SERCOS III. Representatives of SERCOS member companies contributed descriptions of SERCOS I/O (Wago), components for SERCOS (Hilscher, IXXAT, Automata), description of softPLC and configuration tools for SERCOS III (3S - Smart Software Solutions) and SERCOS products and applications (Industrial Indexing Systems and Bosch Rexroth).
