Member Directory
SERCOS International e.V. is registered in the official register of societies and associations in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Its aim is to promote the widespread use of the advantages of digital drives in numerically controlled machines by a suitable standard interface for the NC under the designation SERCOS interface; and to supervise the international standard IEC 61491 / European standard EN 61491 and the new standard for SERCOS III. 

Membership

Members within the association are manufacturers and users of controls, drives and other automation components, as well as research institutes and non-profit organizations.

Membership may be acquired by any organization that supports the purpose of SERCOS International. This applies especially for manufacturers, users and end-users of numerical controls and/or electric drives and other automation components, as well as research institutes and associations. 

Membership also may be gained by individuals, from whose membership substantial support of the association's objects is likely to be achieved by their know-how and experience in the field of numerical controls and electric drives.

Membership dues and voluntary contributions are used for maintaining the expert and standardization office and for financing the following services:

Technical advice for potential users of SERCOS interface
Preparation of conformance tests with SERCOS interface
Additional development of SERCOS interface
Technical development of communications controllers and tools
Advertising for SERCOS interface
Advancing national and international standardization of SERCOS interface
Organization and production of seminars
Special terms and prices with standardization
Internal data from all workshops
Active influence and cooperation within the workshops
Participation in SERCOS interface Product Guide
Participation in the SERCOS interface common booth at fairs
