Sercos N.A. has a board of directors consisting of three
individuals. The members of the board are the current officers of the
organization -- President, Secretary and Treasurer. Individuals are elected yearly
from the membership of Sercos N.A.
 President -- Michael Binroth, Manager of G.H. Binroth Co. and Partner in Industrial Sales Management, Inc. in Jackson, Michigan.
Michael Binroth manages G.H. Binroth, a distribution/marketing services
company serving a growing number of European machine technology manufacturers, including Automata, the German firm that is the official Sercos III FPGA solution center of Sercos International. Industrial Sales Management is a successful manufacturer’s representative firm, specializing in machine motion control and drive products, currently celebrating its 10th year in business.
Binroth holds a BBA Finance degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in
Troy, Michigan.

Scott Hibbard, Vice President of Technology, Factory Automation, Bosch Rexroth Corporation, Hoffman Estates, IL.
Scott Hibbard joined the former Indramat, since merged into Bosch Rexroth, in 1980, playing a key role in Indramat's pioneering introduction of the first practical industrial brushless AC servo drives. A VP of Technology for Bosch Rexroth's Factory Automation business, Scott is responsible for product management, and development engineering for the division's factory automation product areas.
Mr. Hibbard was graduated from DeVry Technical Institute in 1977, and has been associated with the industrial motion control industry since that time. He is the author of numerous technical articles and papers on AC servo, digital drive control, and open control system technology.

Bob Hirschinger is a product manager for Rockwell Automation, with responsibility for Logix
motion controller/software products. Bob has over 23 years experience in
the motion
industry in a variety of roles including application development
and support, motion controller R&D, and product marketing.
Management
Sercos NA management carries out the transactions of the organization as stipulated in the
bylaws, the resolutions passed and according to the instructions of the Board.
