Educational Members
The Center for Automation and Motion Control has an enrollment of 40-60 students per year in a two-year Manufacturing Engineering Technology program. This includes pneumatics, PLCs, steppers and servo systems. The program promotes open standards and has chosen the SERCOS interface as the standard for teaching digital motion controls. The CAMC is responsible for delivering all relevant tools necessary for an individual to succeed in the technologically advanced fields of manufacturing automation and motion control.
